Mrs. Amie Louise Hodges, age 78, of Macclenny, Fla. died Friday, Aug.16, in the Frank Wells Nursing Home, Macclenny, Fla. following an extended illness. She was born in Baxter, Florida and resided in Baker County all of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the Sanderson Congregational Holiness Church. For many years she resided in the nursing home, where she enjoyed her social life and playing bingo. She dearly loved her friends and family at the nursing home. She was preceded in death by her husband, George "Woodie" Hodges, her parents, Alfred and Gennie Ruth Raulerson, her daughter, Gennie Ruth Yonn, her grandson, Kyle Jacob Yonn, sisters, Mary Peeler and Elizabeth Peek and her brother, Buck Mann. She is survived three daughters, Sherrie (David) Galloway of Macclenny, Fla., Cindy (Eddie) Norman of Glen St. Mary, Fla. and Georganna (Ricky) Griffith of Sanderson, Fla.: One son, Tim (Carolyn) Hodges of Sanderson, Fla.: Son-in-law, James Yonn of Lake Butler, Fla.: Grandchildren, Erik Yonn, Jessie Milton, Joe Hodges, Jody Aberly, Christi Iverson, Brad Norman and Carol Galloway. Great-grandchildren, Adrienne Butler, Awsten Yonn, Cody, Cason and Camber Milton, Lola Aberly, Benjamin Iverson, Landon Hodges and Grayson Norman. Great-great-grandchild, DravenButler. Two sisters, Gracie Canaday of Albany, Ga.and Faye Nettles of Glen St. Mary, Fla. One brother, Bill Raulerson of Sanderson, Fla. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 P.M. Sunday, Aug. 19, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Rev. David Thomas, Pastor of Christian Fellowship Temple, officiating and assisted by Rev. David Dinkins. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Macclenny, Fla. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 P.M. Sunday, Aug. 18, at GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, U. S . 90 East , Macclenny, Fla.
