Betty Jean Heath

Betty Jean Heath, age 76, of Winter Haven, Florida, passed away on December 3, 2023 at her home. Betty lived in Macclenny, Florida for 20 years and most recently lived in Winter Haven, Florida. She was a former manager of several Family Dollar Stores located in Macclenny, Auburndale, and Winter Haven, Florida for 30 years. She enjoyed attending services at Macclenny Church of God. Betty loved to crochet, solve word search puzzles, and watch John Wayne movies. She is preceded in death by her parents: Howard and Lois Heath. She is survived by her two daughters, Vicky (Robbie) Burnsed of Baxter, Florida and Stephanie (Jack) Hatten of Winter Haven, Florida: siblings, Chris Heath and Diane Kent both of Jacksonville, Florida: four grandchildren, Aaron (Rachel) Burnsed, Robbin (Ron) Harper both of Macclenny, Florida, and Alton Hatten and Ty Hatten both of Winter Haven, Florida: four great-grand children, Addy Harper, Brecken Harper, Kane Burnsed, and Rory Burnsed.

A funeral service to honor the life of Betty will be held at 3:00 P.M. Friday, December 8th in the chapel of Guerry Funeral Home, Macclenny, Florida, with Rev. Shannon Conner pastor at Macclenny Church of God officiating. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 2 to 3:00 P.M. (one hour before services) at Guerry Funeral Home. Interment following the funeral service will be at North Prong Cemetery.
