Betty Jean Tressler

Mrs. Betty Jean Tressler, age 55, of Macclenny, Florida died Friday, Oct. 31, in the Acosta-Rau Center for Caring, Jacksonville, Florida following an extended illness. She was a native of Starke, Florida and had resided in Macclenny, Florida since 1987. She was a homemaker and member of the Glen Friendship Tabernacle Church, Glen St. Mary, Fla. She loved working in here yard and enjoyed taking care of her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Franklin and Betty Johns Sweat. She is survived by her husband, Rocky Tressler of Macclenny, Florida: Her daughter, Maggie Tressler of Jacksonville, Florida: Her son, Rocky Tressler, Jr. (Misty) of Jacksonville, Florida: Five grandchildren, Luke, Bryan, Lilly, Adam and Dalton. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 A.M. Tuesday, Nov. 4, in the Glen Friendship Tabernacle Church, Glen St. Mary, Fla. with Rev. Albert Starling, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Baker County, Florida. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 P.M. Monday, Nov. 3, at her church.
