Mr. Billy Lee “Bill” Andrews, age 89, of Jacksonville, Florida died Saturday, June 12, at his home following an extended illness. Mr. Andrews was born in Denison, Texas and lived in White Springs, Florida before moving to Jacksonville, Florida 16 years ago. He was a former city manager for the town of White Springs, Florida and most recently worked as fleet manager for Safe Touch Security, Jacksonville, Florida for ten years. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Edward and Ida Wisdom Andrews. He is survived by his wife, Belinda J. Andrews of Jacksonville, Florida: One son, William (Nancy) Andrews of Oklahoma: Four daughters, Sandy Andrews of San Francisco, Ca., Michelle (Clell) Tatum of St. Augustine, Fla., Betty (David) Pierce and Tanya (Curtis) Lamb both of Jacksonville, Fla.: 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren also survive. A funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Andrews will be held at 11 A.M. Monday, June 21, in the chapel of Guerry Funeral Home, Lake City, Florida with Rev. Mark Cunningham officiating. Interment will be in Bethlehem Cemetery, Columbia County, Florida. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 10 to 11 A.M. (One hour before services) at GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, 2659 S. W.
