Billy Jack Witt

Mr. Billy Jack Witt, age 79, of Lake City, Fla. died Tuesday, Mar. 26, in the Suwannee Valley Care Center,Lake City, Fla. following a long illness. He had resided in Lake City all of life and was the son of the late Purvis and Jessie Wood  Witt of the Ellisville community of Columbia County. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Hilliard Witt and Monroe Witt.

He is survived by two sons, Budel (Dawn) Witt and Dwayne Witt both of Lake City, Fla.: One granddaughter, Ashley Witt of Lake City, Fla.: One brother, Gerald Witt of Lake City,Fla.: One sister, Jesse Kathleen Richardson of Jacksonville, Fla.: Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 A.M. Thursday, Mar. 28, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home withRev. Brandon Witt, Pastor of the Eastside Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery, Columbia County, Fla. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 A.M. Thursday (One hour before services) At GUERRY FUNERAL HOME,  2659 S.
