Bobbie Lou Jones

Mrs. Bobbie Lou Jones, age 89 of Lake City, passed away Friday, November 28, 2025. Born in Bell, Florida to the late Charlie and Lula Wooley Jones, she was a Columbia County resident for more than forty years. She is survived by her brothers: Adron Jones of Lake City and Ovid Jones of Palmer, Massachusetts and her niece: Dauty Riggs of Lake City. A host of nieces, nephews and other family members also survive. She was preceded in death by her husband: James Jones; son: Marty O’Neal Lee; and sisters: Vida Culpepper and Lottie Mae Douglas. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at High Springs Cemetery, High Springs, Florida. Guerry Forbes Funeral Home of Lake City is honored to serve the Jones family.
