Buleah Jeanette Conner

Buleah “Jeanette” Conner, age 76, of Glen St Mary, Florida went to be with our Lord peacefully on October 17, 2014 with her family gathered around her.  She was born in Jacksonville, Florida on May 10, 1938 to the late Paul Raulerson and Buleah Prevett Raulerson.

Jeanette’s survivors include her husband Floyd.  Son’s Mike Conner and wife Lisa of Glen St. Mary, Marty Conner and wife Cindy of Sanderson, Daughters Shirley Crawford and husband Bobby Ray of Glen St. Mary, Becky Sawyer and husband Rick of Glen St. Mary and her Brother Paul Raulerson and his wife Judy of Glen St. Mary. The legacy of Jeanette’s survivors most importantly include her 12 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren.

Jeanette has been a resident of Baker County her entire life where she met and has been married to the boy next door, Floyd for the past 60 years.

Throughout Jeanette’s life she wore many hats in the local business community of Baker County to help provide for the needs of her family.  It was most obvious to the ones who knew Jeanette that the ultimate joy of her life involved spoiling her four children. That love of spoiling her children grew to include her 12 grandchildren and continued to grow to now include her 18 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 A.M. Monday, Oct.  20, in the Glen Baptist Church, Glen St. Mary, Florida with Rev. Tim Patterson officiating and assisted by Rev. Perry Hayes.  Interment will be in North Prong Cemetery, Baker County, Florida. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 P.M.
