Mr. Charles Raymond “Ray” Rodehaver, age 87, of Wellborn, Florida died Friday, Jan. 30, in the Haven Hospice Suwanne Valley Care Center, Lake City, Florida following a long illness. He was a native of Athens, Ohio and had resided in Lake Worth, Florida before moving to Wellborn, Florida in 1989. He worked as a welder on many construction projects during his life. He was a member of the Siloam United Methodist Church, an Army veteran of W.W. II working in the Medical Corp. He enjoyed gardening and working on old cars. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Hazel Burleigh Rodehaver, sister, Thelma D. Sabo and a brother, Robert Rodehaver. He is survived by his wife, Bessie Roadehaver of Wellborn, Florida: His son, Larry Rodehaver of Guysville, Ohio: Step-son, Fred Honacher of Cheshire, Ohio: One brother, Ralph Rodehaver of Guysville, Ohio: Seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 P.M. Monday, Feb. 2, in the Siloam United Methodist Church with Rev. Bill Peeler officiating and assisted by Rev. George Swearington. Interment will be in Siloam Cemetery, Columbia County, Florida. Visitation with the family will be from 1 to 2 P.M. Monday (One hour before services) at the church. GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, 2659 S. W.
