Coy Stanley Fogarty

Mr. Coy S. Fogarty, age 59, of Macclenny, FL passed away Saturday, June 10 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Jacksonville, FL following a sudden illness. Mr. Fogarty was born on January 10, 1958 in Gainesville, FL and lived in Macclenny, FL most of his life. He worked as a pipefitter for over 35 years and loved his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Jean Fogarty, two daughters, Nina Fogarty and Pamela Starling, both of Macclenny, FL: one son, Buddy Strickland of Macclenny, FL: his mother, Francis Jones of Gainesville, FL: five brothers, Larry, Ricky and Glenn Fogarty, Randall and Bobby Dees, all of Gainesville, FL: two sisters, Alice Loyd and Linda Lazzaria, both of Gainesville, FL: eight grandchildren, Chris Starling, Christin Raymond (Nate), Dusty Starling (Kristen), Dylan Strickland, Hannah Thick, Darin Strickland, Aiden Fogarty and Talena Lee. Three great grandchildren, Breylan, Brantley and Caydin, also survive. Funeral services to honor the life of Mr. Fogarty will be held at 11 A.M., Wednesday, June 14 in the chapel of Guerry Funeral Home, Macclenny, FL. Visitation and gathering with the family will be held from 6 to 8 P.M., Tuesday, June 13 at the funeral home. Interment will follow services at Oak Grove Cemetery.
