Craig Nathan Lents

Mr. Craig Nathan Lents, 61 of Mayo passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at his home. He was born in Lake City, Florida to the late Nathan Lents and Dolly Mae Fairley and was a longtime resident of Mayo. Mr. Lents was a twelve year veteran of the United States Army and had previously worked as an insurance adjuster with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. He loved his animals and was a member of Airline Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by two brothers, David Lents in 1992 and Jerry Lents in 2012.
Mr. Lents is survived by his wife, Susan Lents, Mayo, one son, Craig (Renee) Lents, Wellborn and three daughters, Andrea Malburg, Jacksonville, Janet (Rocco) Grasso, Wiesloch, Germany and Samantha Chesnut, Lake City. Two brothers, Joe Fairley, Texas, Martin Lents, Fernandina Beach, Fl, five sisters, Myrtle “Sissy” (Terrell) Hamlin, Mayo, Jeannie Fairley, Mayo, Nadine Lents, St. Augustine, Shirley Lents, Nashville, TN and Annie Louise Fairley, Ocala, Fl, twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive.
Memorial services for Mr. Lents will be conducted at a later date.
