Mr. Daryl Clifton Tyson, age 33, of Glen St. Mary, FL passed away Thursday, May 27th in Hawthorne, FL. Daryl was born in Orange Park, FL and was raised in Baker County, FL. He had resided in Hawthorne, FL for the last 5 years with his grandparents where he enjoyed living on Little Orange Lake. Daryl loved fishing, gardening, and enjoyed animals, especially his dog, Maggie. More than anything he loved spending time with his daughter, Paisley. He is survived by his parents, Johnny and Windy Hunt Tyson of Glen St. Mary, FL: daughter, Paisley Barton of Glen St. Mary, FL: brothers, Travis “Tiny” Tyson (Ashley) of Glen St. Mary, FL, C.J. Hunt (Sarah) of Macclenny, FL, and Seth Hodges (Leslie) of Sanderson, FL: sister, Rebecca Combs (Ben) of Taylor, FL: grandparents, Johnny and Hazel Tyson of Hawthorne, FL and Curley and Debbie Hunt of Macclenny, FL: great grandmother, Helen Holmes of Macclenny, FL: nieces, Kaylee and Ryleigh Rogers, Kaitleigh and Rayleigh Combs and nephews, Lane Tyson and Brayden Combs. Funeral services to honor the life of Daryl will be held at 3 P.M., Tuesday, June 1st, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Brother David Thomas, Pastor of Christian Fellowship Temple, officiating. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 2 to 3 P.M. (one hour before services). Interment will immediately follow the funeral services in Macedonia Cemetery.
