David Dozier

Mr. David Glenn Dozier, age 60, of Macclenny, FL passed away Friday, May 21st in U.F. Health Jacksonville, Jacksonville, FL following a brief illness. Mr. Dozier was born in Fort Walton Beach, FL and resided in Jacksonville, FL before moving to Baker County, FL in 2017. He served in the United States Navy for 30 years until his retirement. Mr. Dozier enjoyed smoking meat, fishing and spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jackie and Nancy Baily Dozier. Mr. Dozier is survived by his loving wife, April Dozier: two sons, Taylor Dozier of Ocean, NJ and Weslee Stapleton of Macclenny, FL: one daughter, Kori Stapleton of Fancy Gap, VA: one brother, John Dozier of Winnabow, NC: one sister, Kelley Alayon (Mario) of Kyle, TX and one grandchild on the way. Final memorialization for Mr. Dozier will be placing his ashes at sea.
