Mr. David Wayne Morse, age 57, of Baldwin, Fla. died suddenly on Wednesday, Jan1, in the St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Jacksonville, Fla. following a brief illness. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts and resided in Goose Creek, S.C. before moving to Baldwin, Fla. 14 years ago. He was employed with the U.S. Civil Service at the Charleston Naval Ship Yards and was supervisor of P3 Orion Aircraft at N.A.S. Jacksonville, Fla. for 32 years until his death. He was of the Baptist faith and served with the Navy for six years. He enjoyed making walking canes and was an avid fisherman. He is survived by his wife, Debra Jean Morse of Baldwin, Fla.: Two daughters, Bridgett J. (William) Fries of Knightsville, S.C. and Brandi (Ryan) Tomberlin of Hannah, S.C.: Two sons, Benny J. Morse of Baldwin, Fla. ans Cory W. Morse of
Goose Creel, S.C.: His mother, Beverly A. Randecker of Feeport, Ill.: Six siblings, Dan Roy Morse of Monks Corner, S.C., Lynn S. Morse of Edenyville, N.C., Mike J. Morse of North Charleston, S.C., Lee E. Rocheleau of Hendersonville, N.C., Lonnie R. Morse of Ellersilie, Ga., and Bonnie A. Schmidt of Rock City, Illinois: Six grandchildren, Brandon Morse, Brittany Fries and Brooke Fries. Carrie Tomberlin, Madison Tomberlin and Parker Tomberlin. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 A.M. Tuesday, Jan. 7, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Mr. Cory W. Morse reciting a eulogy. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 A.M. Tuesday, Jan. 7, at GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, Macclenny, Fla.
