Doris J Shepherd

Doris J. Shepherd, 92, of Lake City, Fl, passed away on Monday, September 23, 2019 at her residence following an extend illness.

Born on March 12, 1927, in St. Petersburg, Fl., to the late William and Mary Coleman. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading and doing crossword puzzles. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Mrs. Shepherd is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, Bernard Shepherd.

Survivors include her daughter; Patricia Gallagher (Danny), of Lake City, Fl., stepdaughters; Debra Shepherd and Theresa Whiting both of Boulder, Co., sister, Margaret Inzena, of Mobile, Al., grandchildren; Eric Peisel (Dawn), Daniel Bumgarner (Chandra) both of Lake City, Fl., Ryan Whiting, of Miami, Fl., and 7 great grandchildren.

Graveside service for Mrs. Shepherd will be conducted at 10:00 am, Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Green Cemetery with Rev. Robert Bass officiating.
