Elaine Neal Wilkerson

Mrs. Elaine Neal Wilkerson, 65 of Macclenny, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at the St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville. She was born and raised in Williston, Florida to the late C.G. Neal, Sr. and Leora Hutcheson Neal. Mrs. Wilkerson had lived in Macclenny since 1984 having moved from Baldwin. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Macclenny. Mrs. Wilkerson loved her church and church family, listening to gospel bluegrass music, traveling and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Wilkerson in 2004, one son, Kevin Wilkerson in 1991 and one great granddaughter, Hailey. Survivors include two sons, David Williams, Macclenny and Michael Williams (Gail), Williston; two daughters, Suzanne Morris and Amanda Wilkerson both of Macclenny; two brothers, Glen Neal (Barbara), Williston and Roy Neal (Geri) Ballston Spa, NY; one sister, Martha Albritton, Lake City; one brother-in-law, Franklin Wilkerson (Deborah), Baldwin; eight grandchildren, Crystal, Brandon, Dalice, Kaylee, Regan, Jordan, Luke and Kierin and five great grandchildren, Phoenix, Willow, Ransom, Hayden, Makynna and Peyson also survive. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, April 7, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Macclenny with Rev. Mike Ramondetta, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 7, 2014 at the Wacahoota Baptist Cemetery in Alachua County, Florida. Visitation with the family will be from 4-6:00 PM, Sunday, at Guerry Funeral Funeral Home in Macclenny.
