Emma Louise Feagle

Mrs. Emma Louise Feagle, age 73, of Lake City, Florida passed away Sept. 1, 2024 in the HCA North Florida Hospital, Gainesville, Florida. Mrs. Feagle resided in Lake City, Florida all of her life, was a homemaker and member of the White Springs Church of God. She enjoyed reading, fishing and her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ivey L. Feagle, Sr. and her parents, Charles and Catherine Barfuss Wood, Sr. She is survived by three daughters, Catherine Melton of St. Augustine, Fla., Emma M. Feagle of St. George, Ga. and Mary I. Hettich of Live Oak, Fla.: one son, Ivey “Bo” Feagle, Jr. of Lake City, Fla.; two sisters, Rachel (Mike) Feagle of White Springs, Fla. and Margaret (Bill) Kirby of Lake City, Fla.; three sister-in-laws, Diane Wood of Live Oak, Fla., Julia Byrd of Lake City, Fla. and Kathy (Donald) Register of Lake City, Fla.; five grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren also survive. A graveside funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Feagle will be held at 10 A.M. Thursday, Sept. 12, in the Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Columbia County, Fla. with Pastor Clyde Ford of the White Springs Church of God officiating. Visitation for the family and friends will be 30 minutes before the service. GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, 2659 S.W. Main Blvd., Lake City, Florida is in charge of arrangements.
