Eric Neale Anderson

Mr. Eric Neale Anderson, age 73, of Lake City, Florida died Friday, Nov. 5, in the Lake City Medical Center, Lake City, Florida following a long illness. Mr. Anderson was born in Brewster, Florida and lived in Lakeland, Florida before moving to Lake City, Florida 46 years ago. He was a licensed general contractor and master carpenter in Lakeland, Florida and also worked for numerous construction companies in the Lake City area until his retirement. He was a member of the Hopeful Baptist Church and enjoyed hunting, fishing and shooting pool. He was preceded in death by two sons, Joshua Neale Anderson and Jonathan Lee Anderson and his parents, Woodrow B. and Geraldine Purvis Anderson. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Tricia Anderson of Lake City, Florida; his daughter, Angela Marie Anderson of Trenton, Florida; two sisters, Shirley Peterson  of Grand Junction, Co. and Pam Anderson of Lakeland, Florida; one brother, Woody Anderson of West Allis, Wisconsin; one grandchild, Jeremy Tyler Anderson also survives. A graveside funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Anderson will be held at 1 P.M. Tuesday, Nov. 9, in the Hopeful Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Mark Cunningham officiating. GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, 2659 S.W. Main Blvd., Lake City, Florida is in charge of arrangements.
