Evelyn Margaret Combs

Mrs. Evelyn Margaret Combs, age 105, of Macclenny, Florida died Tuesday, Jan. 25, in the Frank Wells Nursing Home, Macclenny, Florida following an extended illness.  Mrs. Combs resided in Macclenny, Florida most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the Macclenny Primitive Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Combs, two sons, Robert R. Combs, Sr. and Windol Combs, Sr., her parents, Clarence and Alice Cowart Dinkins, her sister, Rubie Williams, her granddaughter, Terry Wilson, her grandson, Windol Combs, Jr. and her great-granddaughter, Kaitlyn Wilson. She is survived by two grandsons, Robert R. (Lucretia Ann) Combs, Jr. and Darren (Debbie) Combs both of Jacksonville, Florida; eleven great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren. A graveside funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Combs will be held at 2 P.M. Friday, Jan. 28, in the Taylor Cemetery, Taylor, Florida with Elder David Crawford, Pastor of the Macclenny Primitive Baptist Church, officiating.
