Mrs. Evelyn Burnsed Raulerson, age 76, of Jacksonville, Fla. died Wednesday, May 4, in the Shands Jacksonville Hospital following a long illness. She was born in Moniac, Georgia and had resided in Jacksonville, Fla. for the past 60 years. She was a homemaker and member of the Moniac Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and reading in her spare time. She was preceded in death by her parents, Enoch Burnsed and Elsie Rhoden Burnsed and her husband, James C. Raulerson.
She is survived by her daughter, Lila Faye (Bobby) Boston of Jacksonville, Fla.; two sons, James Wendle Raulerson and Randolph "Randy" S. (Ann) Raulerson both of Jacksonville, Fla.; three sisters, Ester Mae Yonn of Yulee, Fla., Ruth (Bill) Bates of Macclenny, Fla. and Ethel Raulerson of Moniac, GA; two brothers, Wayne (Florence) Burnsed of Moniac, GA and Wade (Delores) Burnsed of McRae, GA; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 P.M. Tuesday, May 10, in the Monaic Baptist Church with Rev. Ricky Dyal, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in North Prong Cemetery, Baker County, Fla. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 P.M. Monday, May 9, at GUERRY Funeral Home, 420 East Macclenny Ave., Macclenny.
