Mrs. Harriett Hicks, age 91, of Macclenny, Fla. died Friday, Aug 31, in the Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital following an extended illness. She was a native of Nashville, Tennessee and had resided in Port St. Lucie and Jacksonville, Fla. before moving to Macclenny, Fla. in 2009. She was a homemaker and a member of the United Methodist Church. She enjoyed reading, pasinting and working in art. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie Davis Roberts and Hattie Lee Peery Roberts, her two husbands, Richard Bruce Sinclair, Sr. and Earl Wayne Hicks and her son Col. Timothy A. Sinclair. She is survived by her two sons, Richard B. (Fay) Sinclair of Macclenny, Fla. and Stephen Wayne (Jeanita) Hicks of Nashville, Tenn.: One brother, James Roberts of Nashville, Tenn.: Eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, Sept. 6, in the Chapel of Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, Tennessee wit burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Nashville, Tennessee.
