Mr. Ivin Clyatt, age 84, of Lake City, Florida died Tuesday, Jan. 19, at his residence following an extended illness. He was born in Providence, Florida and had resided in Lake City, Florida most of his life. He worked for many years as a truck driver for C.C. Sheppard and G.W. Hunter Standard Oil Company and most recently with Powers Service Company before his retirement. He was a member of the Southside Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing in his spare time. He is survived by five siblings, Mary Lou (Lewis) Daniels, Charles (Janice) Clyatt, Yvonne (Zimmie) Petty and Nancy (Stanley) Chauncey all of Lake City, Florida and David (Brenda) Clyatt of Jacksonville, Florida: a niece, Patty Nodes of Lake City, Florida. A funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Clyatt will be held at 11 A.M. Friday, Jan. 22, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Norman, Pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Lake City, Florida.
