Jackie Lynn Luding

Ms. Jackie Lynn Luding, age 64, passed away Sunday, April 30th at her daughter’s home following an extended illness. Ms. Luding was born in Orange Park, FL and resided in Jacksonville, FL until she moved to Baker County in 1974. She was a graduate of FSCJ Adult High School, Class of 1976 and worked for KMART in the cash personnel department. Ms. Luding then worked for Brinks as a vault teller for over 20 years until her retirement. She enjoyed traveling, collecting barbies, and spending time with her grandbabies. Ms. Luding is preceded in death by her grandparents, Jerry and Dortha Clark and aunt, Sandra Pedley. She is survived by her parents, Joseph and Penny Luding of Middleburg, FL: long time companion, Donald Hodges of Baldwin, FL: daughter, Amy Williams (Clark) of Macclenny, FL: brother, William Joseph Luding of Middleburg: two sisters, Sandra Wheaton (James) of Macclenny, FL and Theresa Long of Maxville, FL: two grandchildren, Sarah Williams of Orlando, FL and Connor Williams of Macclenny,FL. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. A memorial service to honor the life of Ms. Luding will be held at 5 P.M., Wednesday, May 3rd in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Pastor Chas Rowland officiating. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 4 to 5 P.M. (one hour prior to services) at the funeral home.
