Jacob Jose Diaz

Jacob Jose Diaz was born on March 17, 1999 In New York City to the loving arms of Jose Diaz and Brenda Colon. Through his hard work and dedication Jacob overcame many obstacles to earn his High School Diploma from Oakleaf High School in Orange Park Florida. After his graduation, Jacob spent a lot of his time exploring his path to adulthood by seeking opportunities for growth in areas of passion. While doing so, his love for motorcycles and customized vehicles was discovered. Well on his way to earning a job in this field, he was both excited and anxious to create his own path.

Although his life on this earth was cut short, the impact he had on those around him will be forever felt. Jacob was loving, respectful and extremely helpful. All these things were evident in his actions as a big brother. Jacob loved being an older brother and always ensured that his little sisters knew he was there to support. He was deeply loved by all that had the privilege of being in his presence.

Jacob did not grace this world with any kids of his own, but the memories he provided will last us a lifetime. For that we thank you, we love you, and enjoy your peace. A memorial service and visitation with the family to honor the life of Jacob Diaz will be from 2 to 7:00 P.M. Friday, April 16, 2021 in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home.
