James W. Baker

Mr. James W. Baker, age 91, of Lake City, Fla passed away, January 11, 2015 in the Suwannee Valley Care Center, Lake City, Fla following an extended illness. Mr. Baker was born in Harland, KY and lived in McDonough, Ga before moving to Lake City over 25 years ago. He was a member of the Elks Club and Moose Lodge of Lake City, Fla. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Georgia Baker and his wife, Joan Baker. He is survived by one sister, Patsy B. Richards, of Madison, Fla. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside services will be conducted Friday, January 16, at 11:30 A.M. in the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Lake City, Fla. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 A.M., Friday, January 16 in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home,2659 SW Main Blvd., Lake City, Fla.
