Jean Albury

Mrs. Jean Albury, of Lake City, Florida, passed away on September 2, 2015 following a brief illness. She was born September 19, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois, but always considered California her home.
Mrs. Albury was a member of the Lutheran Faith. She was retired from Rockwell and Boeing at Kennedy Space Center, having work there for many years through the Apollo and Shuttle space programs. She was very proud to be part of that. She lived many years in Cocoa and Titusville, Florida. She enjoyed flowers, embroidery, traveling and her many pets. Jean was a member of the Order of Eastern Star.
She was married to Celey “John” Albury who preceded her in death. Mrs. Albury is survived by her son, Robert and his wife Peggy, of St Petersburg, Florida, her daughter, Linda Woodward, of Great Falls, Montana, her daughter, Sharon Wynn and her husband Lavaughn, of Lake City, Florida. She also has 7 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
