Mrs. Jessie Mae Dortch Lee, age 85, of Jacksonville, Fla. died Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital, Macclenny, Fla.

She was born in Lake City, Fla. to the late John and Elsie Tyre Dortch. Mrs. Lee was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Lee, her parents, her brothers Leonard, Bill, Johnny, and Jerry Dortch, and her sister Jewell Dortch Thompson.

Mrs. Lee was a member of the Manntown Congregational Holiness Church of Glen St. Mary, Fla. During her 65 year married life she was a faithful partner to her husband in his ministry. She served the Lord from an early childhood and prior to her marriage, she accompanied her minister-father to the various churches he serve. Attending church functions and services was her life.

She is survived by her daughter, Shirley (Jack) Crews of Glen St. Mary, Fla.: Her son, Kenneth (Button) Lee of Nahunta, Ga.: Her brother Robert(Velma)Dortch and her sister Mary Walker both of Lake City, Fla.: Grandaughter, Jana (Jeff) Jackson: Grandsons, Jerry (Lena) Crews and Michael (Nikki) Lee: Great-grandchildren, Jill(Jon)Price, Jerrod and Jordan Crews, Vaughn and Roaslind Lee. Great-great-grandson, Jackson Price. Two step-grand-children, B.J. Eskew and Mandi (Scott) Jones: Three step-grandchildren, Konner Jones, Ethan Jones and Maci Jay JOnes.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 P.M., Friday, Jan. 20, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Rev. David Hodges, Pastor of the Manntown Congregational Holiness Church, officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery, Jacksonville, Fla. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2 P.M. Friday, Jan. 20, at GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, Macclenny, Fla.
