Joan Mary Clemons

Joan Mary Clemons 80 of Lake City, Florida passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at North Florida Regional Hospital in Gainesville.  Mrs. Clemons was born to Harry and Geraldine Loder in East Orange, New Jersey and she has resided in Lake City since 1972.  She was a faithful member of the First Full Gospel Church in Lake City.  She faithfully attended all activities and services held at the church.  Joan loved to travel, and was known for her bowling abilities in years past.  She really enjoyed life to its fullest above all she loved taking care and loving her family.

Mrs. Clemons is survived by sons, David Allen Berry of Hopatcong, NJ and Danny Louis Berry of Starke, FL, daughters Lisa Ann Uhl and Lynn Joyce Trowell both of Lake Butler, brothers, Ralph Loder of NJ, Henry Loder of FL and George Loder of NY, sisters, Barbara Lafranco of SC, Doris Fisher of NJ and Debbie Ingate of SC, Ten grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm, Sunday, October11, 2015 at Guerry Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Monday, 11:00am, Monday, October 12, 2015 at the First Full Gospel Church in Lake City with Pastor Stan Ellis officiating. Burial will follow at Douglas Cemetery in Union County.
