John Allen Holloman

Mr. John Allen Holloman, age 34, of Glen St. Mary, Florida passed away unexpectedly Monday, December 12, 2016. Mr. Holloman was born in Jacksonville, Florida and lived most of his life in Baker County. He loved his son, enjoyed spending time with his family and loved to joke around. His family and friends will remember him for his out-going good nature and enjoyable personality. Mr. Holloman loved to play with his son and nieces and nephews. He was also an avid Florida State Seminole fan, and loved to fish and sing. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Rex Holloman and James Wilson. Mr. Holloman is survived by his son, John Ashton Holloman: parents, Tony and Angela Holloman of Glen St. Mary, Florida: three sisters, Jessica (Justin) Lauramore of Macclenny, Florida, Amanda (Evan) Rhoden of Jennings, Florida, and Samantha (Shane) Rhoden of Glen St. Mary, Florida: paternal grandmother, Emily McLamb of Sanderson, Florida: maternal grandmother, Bernice Wilson of Macclenny, Florida: girlfriend, Tina Waltman and her children, Jacob, Bryar, and Trentyn Walker all of Baldwin, Florida. Numerous nieces, nephews and extended family also survive. A funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Holloman will be held at 11 A.M., Saturday, December 17, in the Taylor Church, Taylor, Florida, with Pastor Jim Cox officiating. Visitation and gathering with the family will be held from 10 to 11 A.M. (one hour before services). Interment will follow in Taylor Cemetery, Taylor, Florida.
