Joseph Anthony Cuozzo

Mr. Joseph A. “Joe” Cuozzo, age 78, of Fort White, Florida died Tuesday, Oct. 25, at his residence following an extended illness.  He was born in Montclair, New Jersey and resided in South Florida before moving to Lake City, Florida and then to Fort White, Florida 10 years.  He worked for many years in the heating and air conditioning business before ill health forced his retirement.  He was a member of the St. Helen’s Catholic Church, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and enjoyed fishing and building model airplanes and other crafts.  He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Joanne T. Cuozzo of  Fort White, Florida: Two daughters, Michele (Andrew “Rick”) Venick of Fort White, Florida and Jill (Edwin) Acevedo of Fort Lauderdale, Florida:  Three grandchildren, Kaila, Steven and Daniel:  Two great-grandchildren, Elijah and Micah.  GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, 2659 S.W.
