Joyce Romines

Ms. Joyce M. Romines, age 83, of Jacksonville, FL passed away Tuesday, July 18 at her home and joined her late husband, Roy, in the presence of her Savior, Jesus Christ in heaven. She was a very sweet lady who was loved by so many friends, neighbors and family members. Ms. Romines was a former resident of Macclenny, FL and moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2001. She loved her grandchildren and enjoyed taking afternoon drives with her late husband. Ms. Romines, the youngest of her five siblings, was the last living of her brothers and sisters. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Roy Herman Romines. She is survived by two sons, Patrick Romines (Alexandria) of Macclenny, FL and Mike Romines of Fernandina, FL: two grandchildren, Brandon Romines (Amanda) and Miles Romines. One great granddaughter, Olivia, also survives. A gathering to honor the life of Ms. Romines will be held on Friday, July 21 from 3 to 4 P.M., in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home.
