Kathryn Hutson

Kathryn R. Hutson, known to family and friends as Kathy, passed away peacefully Monday, February 19, 2024 after her battle with cancer. Kathy was born in Fort Pierce, Florida on October 26th, 1955. Named Kathryn Leona Revels by her parents Curtis and Annie Revels, each who have preceded her in death. Kathy's parents raised a family of eight children. Kathy's siblings included Lester Revels, Will Revels (deceased), Patricia Story, Gail Pylant, Dale Revels, Denny Revels, and Richard Revels. Graduated Ft Pierce Central High School in Ft. Pierce, Florida. In 1974, married Harold Hutson. Together they raised two children, Harold A. Hutson Ill, who preceded her in death, and Angela Hutson Joyner. Kathy has two granddaughters, Lolita Hutson and Layla Joyner.

Daughter of a commercial fisherman, Kathy had skills and talent in fishing and fish net mending.

Wife of 51 years, she enjoyed taking care of her family, home and farm animals. Member of the Fellowship Baptist Church. Her hobbies included gardening, fishing, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren. A graveside funeral service will be held at 1 P.M. Thursday, Feb. 22, in Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery, Suwannee County, Florida with Rev. Carl Thomas, Pastor of the Lake City Church of God, officiating. GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, 2659 S.W.
