Mr. Kevin Edward Crews, Jr., age 24, of the Baxter community of Baker County, Florida died Wednesday, May 4, in the Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital, Macclenny, Florida. Kevin was born in Jacksonville, Florida and resided all of his life in Baxter, Florida. He worked as a truck mechanic with Kevin’s Mobile Repair, LLC in Baxter, Florida for over seven years. He was a graduate of Baker County High School and enjoyed hunting with family and friends. He is survived by his parents, Kevin and Brenda Crews, Sr. of Baxter, Florida: His daughter, Maylin Crews and his son, Clayton Crews both of Baxter, Florida: Maternal grandmother, Faye Smidley of Jacksonville, Florida: His parental grand-parents, Ronnie and Norma Crews of Glen St. Mary, Florida: His sister, Brittany (Timothy, II) Stiers and his nephew, Timothy Steirs, III. A funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Crews will be held at 2 P.M. Monday, May 9, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home, Macclenny, Florida. Interment will be in Moniac Cemetery, Moniac, Georgia.
