Mrs. Le-Erna G. Parrish, 96 of Wellborn passed away on Friday, December 16, 2011 at the Baya Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lake City. She was a native of Muskogee, Oklahoma and had lived in the Orlando area prior to moving to Wellborn in 1966. She worked as a bookkeeper at the Knox Hardware Store in Orlando where she met her late husband, W.L. Parrish. Mrs. Parrish was of the Baptist faith and member of the Mt. Beulah Baptist Church.
Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Parrish will be conducted on Monday, December 19, at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Lewis Gooch officiating. Interment will follow. There are no visiting hours scheduled at the funeral home.
