Margaret Elizabeth Crane Bierce

Margaret Crane Bierce was born in Alexandria, Virginia on April 2, 1919 and reared in Summit, New Jersey.  At the age of 7 she and her family moved to Tampa where she lived until moving to Jacksonville with her husband Harry Bierce in 1952.  She resided in Jacksonville until 2017 when she moved to Macclenny to live with one of her five sons.  Mom, as she was known to many of her friends and family, left this world peacefully in her sleep in the early morning of January 5, 2021 just three months short of her 103rd birthday.  The family will be having a private service at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to one of the leukemia research or pancreatic cancer research organizations.
