Mrs. Margaret Witt passed away peacefully at home on Friday morning.  Mrs. Margaret was born Dec. 5, 1920 in Zephyrhills, Fla.  She moved to Lake City in 1938 where she married her husband of 66 years Ormond Witt.  Mr. Ormond passed away in 2004.  Mrs. Margaret is predeceased by two sons, Darrell and Joe, two brothers and two sisters.  Mrs. Margaret was mother to seven children, 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren, 4 nephews and 3 nieces.  She was a homemaker, a skilled seamstress, a loving Sunday School Teacher and friend to many in Lake City.  She will be dearly missed by many.  Survivors include sons Gerald “Eli”, Riley (Marlyn, deceased), Lamar (Denise) and daughters Jeanette (Patrick) Lee, Elaine (Danny) Reeves, and daughter-in-laws Byronelle and Robin Witt.  Services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday the 31st of October at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Ellisville.  Viewing will be from 10:00 – 10:45 A.M.
