Marie Agnus Sibley

Mrs. Marie Agnus Sibley, age 85, of Macclenny, Florida died Saturday, Oct. 22, at her residence following an extended illness. She was born in Columbus, New York and resided in Jacksonville, Florida for many years before moving to Macclenny, Florida 22 years ago. She worked as a home care giver for many families while living in Jacksonville, Florida. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Macclenny, Florida and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and other family members. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Desmond Sibley and her parents, August Frederick and Mary Alice Webster Schremmer. She is survived by her two daughters, Judy (Jim) Brady and Linda Brown both of Jacksonville, Florida: her son, Tim (Kathy) Sibley of Macclenny, Florida: 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild also survive. A funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Sibley will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday, Oct. 26, in the First Baptist Church, Macclenny, Florida with Dr. Edsel Bone, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Manntown Cemetery, Glen St. Mary, Florida. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 10 to 11 A.M. Wednesday (One hour before services) at the church.
