Mary Louise Fennell, age 93 of Fort White, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025. Mary was born in Pace, Florida to the late George W. McCormick and Maybell Nowling McCormick.
A forty-five-year Columbia County resident, she was a member of Mikesville Presbyterian Church in Lake City and enjoyed gardening and being a homemaker. Mary also enjoyed her time as a member of the Red Hat Society.
She leaves behind a son: George (Carrie) Darling of Hastings, Florida; daughter: Jackie (Robert) Hendrickson of Shingle Springs, California; six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren all of whom will miss her deeply.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00pm, Monday, January 20, 2025, at Fort White Cemetery, Fort White, FL with Pastor Shirley Mergan officiating. The family will receive friends at 11:00am, Monday, January 20, 2025, in the chapel at Guerry Funeral Home. Guerry Funeral Home, 2659 SW Main Blvd., Lake City, FL in charge of arrangements.
