Mary Lynn Ziefel

Mrs. Mary Lynn Ziefel, age 54, of Macclenny, Florida, passed away peacefully on November 1, at her home in Macclenny, FL with her loving family by her side. Lynn was born on October 13, 1964, in Belleville, IL, to Thomas Joseph O’Neill, Jr. and Mary Margaret McGrogan. She moved down to the Macclenny area in 1993 and worked with AT&T as a billing resolution specialist. She was known as a loving mother and Nana and looked forward to Sunday with her babes. For more than 25 years, on Sunday, she made dinner for the whole family. She was adored as the matriarch of the family and through these dinners, she blessed many generations. Family was everything to Lynn and she will be deeply missed. Lynn is survived by her husband, Robert Ziefel of Macclenny, FL; her children, Amy Teague (Lance) Blackwood, Justin O’Neill, and Becca Ziefel (Kenny) Krebs all of Jacksonville, FL; her parents, Thomas O'Neill, Jr. and Mary Margaret O'Neill; one brother, Thomas (Jamie) O’Neill of Pittsburgh, PA; two sisters, Shannon O’Neill of Jacksonville, FL and Kathy (Ron) DiPerna of Macclenny FL; six grandchildren, Jacob and Abby Teague, Bella and Lainee Blackwood, Karleigh Talley, Kylynn Krebs. Numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family also survive. A celebration of life is scheduled for Saturday, November 10, at 12:00 pm, at the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home in Macclenny, FL. The family will receive friends for a time of fellowship beginning at 10:00 am at the funeral home.
