Maury Dean Mcadams

Maury Dean McAdams, age 54, of Lake City, Florida passed away on January 15, 2018 at Suwannee Valley Care Center after a battle with cancer. He was born in Hardin, Montana to Walter S. McAdams Sr., and Sharon Beary McAdams. The family moved to Lake City in 1965 when Maury was 2. He was the second of three sons. Maury worked construction most of his life and in his spare time; you could find him at his favorite fishing hole. He also loved his truck, playing video games, and listening to his favorite country music bands. Maury was a sweet, caring person and a priority in Maury’s life was helping others. He donated blood for over 21 years and was a galloneer many times over. Maury loved animals, people, and most of all, loved his son Bryan.
He is survived by his son, Bryan of Denver, CO; both parents; Walter McAdams Sr. and Sharon McAdams, two brothers and their wife’s; Sam (Marcia) McAdams and Chris (Rosanna) McAdams all of Lake City, FL.
Mr. McAdams’ private interment will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Lake City, FL. The family has entrusted arrangements to GUERRY FUNERAL HOME of LAKE CITY. www.guerryfuneralhome.net
