Michelle Renee Roberts

Mrs. Michelle Renee Roberts, age 57, of Lake City, Florida passed away on Thursday, April 25, in the HCA North Florida Hospital, Gainesville, Florida. Mrs. Roberts was born in Lake City and resided there all of her life. She was employed as a school bus driver with the Columbia County School System for over 15 years. She was a member of the Salem Primitive Baptist Church of Columbia County. She enjoyed going to the beach, church, cooking for Sunday dinners, but most of all loving her grand babies. She was preceded in death by her son, Donald A. Conine and her parents, Donald E. and Sharon R. Beach Roberts. She is survived by her life partner, Bernice "Liz" Randall of Lake City, Florida; two daughters, Rochelle (John) Simmons and Catherine Renee Hodson both of Lake City, Florida; her son, Richard A. (Jessica) Hodson, Jr. of Tallahassee, Florida; step-son, Hunter Randall of Lake City, Florida; one sister, Lisa Peloni of Lake City, Florida; Eight grandchildren, Lana, Larissa, Zayden, Leanna, Lindi, Kailey, Tristin and Cole. A funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Roberts will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday, May 1, in the Salem Primitive Baptist Church with Rev. Roger Pinkston, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Salem Cemetery, Columbia County, Florida. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 5 to 8 P.M. Tuesday, April 30, at GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, 2659 S.W. Main Blvd., Lake City, Florida
