Misty L. Harvey

Misty Lee Harvey, a near lifelong resident of Lake City passed away Friday, March 14, 2025, at the age of 45. A homemaker, Misty was devoted to her family and her animals. She was a creative woman who enjoyed writing, drawing, and painting. She leaves behind her husband: John Adam Harvey; children: Makenzi Harvey and Lain Evan Harvey of Lake City, Jeffery Harvey of Tulsa, OK and Kolton Harvey, currently serving in the US Army and stationed in Kentucky; brother: Burell Harvey Waters II of Lake City; and sister: Kim Waters of Lake City. She was preceded in death by her parents: Burell Harley and Milla Jean Downing Waters and sister: Loretta Schichler. Funeral services will be held 2:00pm, Monday, March 17, 2025, in the chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Reverend Richard Rodriguez officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Bethlehem Cemetery, SR 100, Lake City.
