Mrs. Nancy Elizabeth Kennedy,  age  61, of Glen St. Mary, Fla. died  Tuesday, Jan 21, in the Shands of University of Florida Medical Center, Gainesville, Fla. following a long illness.  She was born in Lake City, Fla. and lived in Sanderson, Fla. before moving to Glen St. Mary, Fla. 43 years ago.  She was employed as an underwriting assistant with State Farm Auto Insurance Company, Jacksonville, Fla.  for  29 years until her retirement in 1999. She was a graduate of Baker County High School and a member of the Emmanuel  Baptist Church, Macclenny, Fla.  She loved fishing, shopping and vacationing with her family and being a grandmother.  She is survived by her husband, Steve Kennedy  of Glen St. Mary, Fla.: Her daughter, Jennifer (Alan) Chambers of Glen St. Mary, Fla.: Her son, Eric (Katie) Kennedy of Glen St.  Mary, Fla.: Her God-son, Randy Jesseman  of St. George, Ga.: Five sisters, Barbara (Johnnie) Croft of Olustee, Fla., Lynda Combs, Sandra (Jim) Nickles and Pat (Lester) Davis all of Glen St. Mary, Fla. and Karen (Rodney) Little of Lake City, Fla.: One brother, Junior (Gail) Combs of Baldwin, Fla.: Five grandchildren, Hunter, Brook and Kelton Chambers  and Elizabeth and Grady Kennedy. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 P.M. Friday, Jan. 24, in the First Baptist Church, Macclenny, Fla. with Rev.  Mike  Ramondetta, Pastor of the Emmanual Baptist Church , officiating  and assisted by Dr. Edsel M. Bone, Senior Pastor of the First Baptist Church, Macclenny, Fla.  Mr. James Nickles, brother-in-law of Mrs. Kennedy, will also speak  a eulogy for Mrs. Kennedy.  Interment will be in Cedar Creek Cemetery, Sanderson, Fla. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday, Jan. 23, at the church. GUERRY FUNERAL HOME of Macclenny, Fla. is in charge of arrangements. www.guerryfuneralhome.net
