Nancy "Becky" Salsbury

Becky Salsbury (63) of Glen St. Mary, Florida, born July 19, led a life of service and dedication to her family.  Ms. Becky was always the definition of a lady exuding kindness and compassion with all she did.  She was a prominent member of the legal community in Northeast Florida for over thirty years.  She prided herself in the way she cared for her home and her husband.  She was an angel in the eyes of her daughters and grandchildren.  Her family affectionately referred to her as the "pied piper" as loved ones and small animals would flock to her. Following a lengthy battle with cancer, always the early bird, Becky left this world in the comfort of her own home Monday morning to be united with God.  She is preceded in death by her daddy (Millage) and is survived by her husband, John, her daughters Amber (husband Jeremy) and Sarah (husband Justin) and grandchildren Tiffany (husband William), Jonathan and James.  She is also survived by her mother, Betty and her brothers Greg (wife Gaye) and Calvin "Keith" (wife Sandy), brother-in-law Bobby (wife Pat) and sisters-in-law Patsy and Debbie (husband Tommy) along with many nieces and nephews. A memorial service to honor the life of Mrs. Salsbury will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 12th in the Chapel at Guerry Funeral Home with Pastor David Crawford officiating. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 1 to 2 P.M., Saturday, November 12th at the funeral home.
