Mr. Oren Robert "Butch" Lewis, Jr., age 64, of Lake City, Fla. died Tuesday, June 14, in the VA Medical Center, Gainesville, Fla. following an extended illness. He had resided in Lake City most of his life. He was the former owner of Oren Robert Lewis Heating and Air Conditioner and a Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his father Oren Robert Lewis, Sr. and his brother William Henry Lewis. He is survived by his daughters, Melissa L. (Tevis) Gay of Lake City, Fla., Laura Lewis (David) Hynes and Adri Anne Smith both of Columbia City, Fla. and Daleena F. Bond of Ft. White, Fla.: Son, Owen Robert Lewis, III of Lake City, Fla.: His mother, Louise Waters Cumbess of Lake City, Fla.: One sister, Barbara Anne (Larry) Coates of Lake City, Fla.: Nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 A.M. , Saturday, June 18, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Thompson, Pastor of Pine Grove Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Cemetery, Lake City, Fla.
