Mrs. Oveda Harvey Dugger, age 79, of Middleburg, Fla. died May 4, 2011 at the Orange Park Medical Center. She was born in Sanderson, Fla. and moved to Jacksonville and has lived in Middleburg for the past 53 years. She worked as a computer operator with NAPA Auto Parts Distribution Center in Jacksonville for thirty nine years. She attended the Middleburg United Methodist Church and was the Co-captain of the 1949 Sanderson High School Girl's State Basketball Championship team. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earlis Harvey and Eva Davis Harvey and her husband, Robert E. Dugger.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Harvey of Middleburg; her two sons, Robbie Dugger of Palm Coast and Ronnie Dugger of Middleburg; Eleven grandchildrena and twenty great-grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 P.M. Friday, May 6, in the Cedar Creek N.C. Methodist Church, Sanderson, Fla. with Rev. George Leslie Dugger officiating and assisted by Rev. Wayne Williams. Interment will follow in Turner Cemetery, Glen St. Mary, Fla. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday, May 5, at GUERRY Funeral Home, 420 East Macclenny Ave., Macclenny.
