Patricia Elaine Davis

Mrs. Patricia Elaine Davis, age 75, of Glen St. Mary, Florida died Saturday, May 28, at Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital, Macclenny, Florida. Mrs. Davis was born in Sanderson, Florida and resided in Glen St. Mary, Florida most of her life. She worked as assistant financial director with the Baker County School Board for 19 years and retired in 1992. She was a member of Christian Fellowship Temple and was a former booster club member and volleyball coach at Emanuel Christian Academy in Macclenny, Florida. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her parents, Colonel and Jeanette Beasley Combs and two sisters, Lynda Combs and Nancy Kennedy. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Lester W. Davis of Glen St. Mary, Florida; her daughter, DeeDee (Bill) Lawhon of Live Oak, Florida; two sons, Jason (Kristen) Davis of Trenton, Michigan and Jeffrey (Amy) Davis of Glen St. Mary, Florida; five grandchildren, Kaylan Davis, Dominic Konwinski, Jade Davis, Aaron Lawhon and Hannah Davis; three sisters, Barbara Croft of Olustee, Florida, Sandra (Jim) Nickles of Glen St. Mary, Florida and Karen (Rodney) Little of White Springs, Florida; one brother, Colonel W. (Gayle) Combs, Jr. A funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Davis will be held ¬¬at 3 P.M. Wednesday, June 1, at Christian Fellowship Temple with Rev. David Thomas and Rev. Timmy Thomas officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Creek Cemetery, Sanderson, Florida following the funeral services.
