Patricia Ann Moore 73 of Lake City passed away on Thursday April 16, 2015 at her residence. Patricia was born to Ottis and Catherine Gillikin in Harkers Island, NC. Mrs. Moore has resided in Lake City since 1977 moving here from High Springs. She was of the Church of Christ Faith. Patricia enjoyed watching television, learning new games but above all she loved being with her family.
Mrs. Moore is preceded in death by her parent’s Cedric and Catherine Gillikin, husband Claudy Leon Moore sr. Mrs. Moore leaves to cherish her memory, son’s, Claudy (Linda) Moore jr of GA, Donnie (Katie) Moore of Lake City, David Moore of Lake City, Charles Moore sr of Lake City daughters Linda Faye Heltzer of MI, Barbara Ann (Jerry) Hall of Lake City, brother Cedric Wayne Gillikin, sisters, Vanetta “Neat” Lupton, Lina Dean Sandy, Susan Styron, Doris Hill and Lisa Hunt all of NC.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 20, 2015 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 10:00am in the chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Pastor Merle Hunt officiating. Burial will follow in the Moore Family Cemetery.
