Richard Erwin Yost

Mr. Richard Erwin Yost, age 55, of Jacksonville, Florida died Friday, Feb. 21, in the UF Health North Medical Center, Jacksonville, Florida following a short illness. He was born in Jacksonville, Fla. and resided there most of his life. He worked as a sales clerk with Lowes and Builders First Choice in Jacksonville, Fla. for many years. He enjoyed his music and was an excellent guitar player. He is survived by his wife, Chana Yost of Jacksonville, Fla.: his daughter, Heather D. Yost of Baldwin, Fla.: his son, Chan Richard Yost of Jacksonville, Fla.: his parents, Clifton and Mildred Yost of Glen St. Mary, Fla.: one sister, Connie Thornton of Starke, Fla.: two brothers, Duane Yost of Jacksonville, Fla. and Chris Yost of Macclenny, Fla. A funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Yost will be held at a t 1 P.M. Monday, Feb. 24, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Mullaly, Pastor of Calvary Temple Church of God, Jacksonville, Florida, officiating. Interment will be in South Prong Cemetery, Sanderson, Florida.
