Mr. Roland Louis Villarreal, age 49, of Live Oak, Florida died Tuesday, Nov. 11, in the Suwannee Valley Care Center, Lake City, Florida following and extended illness. He was born in San Antonio, Texas and resided in Poteet, Texas before moving to Lake City, Fla. He had resided in Live Oak, Florida for the past four years. He worked for the past fifteen years in the maintenance department of McDuffie Sporting Goods, Lake City, Fla. While living in Texas he was employed with the San Antonio State Hospital. He was avid Dallas Cowboy football fan, enjoyed weight lifting and landscaping his yard. He is survived by his wife, Melody Villarreal of Live Oak, Fla.: Two daughters, Stephanie Renea’ Villarreal of San Antonio, Texas and Alexis Villarreal of Live Oak, Fla.: One son, Roland Villarreal, Jr. of San Antonio, Texas: His parents, Serapio and Grace Villarreal of Poteet, Texas: Three grandchildren, Logan, Sophia and Michael: One sister, Sally (Bill) Holland of Lake City, Fla.: One brother, Eugene (Mary Rose) Villarreal of San Antonio, Texas. A visitation and gathering of friends will be held on Friday, Nov. 14, from 4 to 7 P.M. at GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, 2659 S.W. Main Blvd., Lake City, Fla. Mr. Villarreal remains will be forwarded to the DeGado Funeral Home, 319 West Mitchel, San Antonio for funeral services and burial in First Memorial Park Cemetery, Poteet, Texas. www guerryfuneralhome.net
