Ronald Standefer

Mr. Ronald Alfred “Ronny” Standefer, age 57, of Jacksonville, Fla. died Sunday, Feb. 9, in the Baptist Medical Center-Beaches, Jacksonville Beach, Fla. following a short illness. He had resided in Jacksonville and Duval County all of his life. Ronny suffered from disabilities but loved to travel with his sister and watch football. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arben Gerald and Doretha Durrance Standefer. He is survived by his sister, Janet G. Standefer of Jacksonville, Fla.: Nephew, Michael G. Standefer of Jacksonville, Fla.: His step-mother, Vonceil Harvey of Jacksonville, Fla.: Numerous friends and relatives from out of state also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 A.M. Wednesday, Feb. 12, in the Chapel of GUERRY FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Jim Cox, Associate Pastor of The Taylor Church, officiating. Interment will be in South Prong Cemetery, Sanderson, Fla.
